Safety & Participation Guidelines
We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for every skater, and we ask all participants and guests to follow these guidelines while at the rink. Failure to follow safety guidelines, staff instructions, or rink procedures may result in removal from the ice without a refund.
Check In Before Skating
All skaters must check in at the front desk before entering the ice and display the required class or session credentials (badge, wristband, or hand stamp).
Skate Safely & Be Aware
Follow all rink and instructor directions, remain aware of other skaters, and adjust your speed and behavior to the conditions around you—especially when skating near beginners or younger participants.
Respect the Ice & Others
Keep food, drinks, and personal belongings off the ice. Follow designated skating areas and give instructors and classes the space they need when center ice is reserved for instruction.
Know the Risks
Ice skating and other ice-related activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By participating, skaters and their parents or guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms of the Participation Waiver upon enrollment.
Speak Up About Safety Concerns
If you notice an unusual or significant hazard, stop participating and notify a staff member or rink official immediately.

rink etiquette & safety
To keep the ice safe for everyone, we ask that skaters and guests adhere to the following:
-
Flow of Traffic: Always skate in the direction indicated by the rink guards (typically counter-clockwise).
-
Awareness: Be mindful of beginner skaters. Avoid weaving through traffic or skating at excessive speeds during family sessions.
-
Center Ice: The center of the rink is generally reserved for coaches giving lessons or specific maneuvers. Use the perimeter of the ice for skating.
-
Safety Gear: While not mandatory for guests, we strongly recommend helmets for new or young skaters.
-
On-Ice Safety: Please keep food and drinks off the ice and refrain from using electronics.
guest responsibility
Students are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Please ensure your friends and family are aware of the rink rules so we can maintain a fun environment for all.
