Welcome to Smoky Mountain Skating Academy! As part of your registration, please be prepared to select a program and skating skill level. Use the guide below if you're unsure which level you or your skater should enroll in. Contact us for further assistance.
⚠️ As part of your registration form, you are required to select a program type and skill level. If you aren't sure what level you or your skater belong in, please use the guide below.
Returning skaters should refer to the emailed certificate from their previous semester and select the corresponding level during registration.
If this is your first time enrolling, review the options below to find a beginner-level class for your age group and skating goals. Select that class in the registration form.
Snowplow Sam 1: Open to young skaters ages 3-5. Skaters will focus on balance and having fun on the ice.
Basic 1: Open to beginner skaters ages 6+. Skaters will learn to skate forwards, backwards, and stop.
Adult/Teen 1: This class covers skills similar to Basic 1, but is designed for new skaters ages 13+.
Hockey 1: For new skaters ages 6-14 that are eager to explore the sport of hockey.
